Dust Removal System
1. This dust removal system includes: electric furnace dust collection hood, branch pipes, automatic air volume control valve, main air duct, spark arrester, dust collector (ash discharge), induced draft fan, silencer, and exhaust pipe. It combines the advantages of compartmental back-blowing and pulse jet cleaning dust collectors, thereby expanding its application range and extending the service life of filter bags. It is a highly efficient, economical, reliable, high-capacity, and user-friendly dust removal equipment. Automatic Feeding System
Feeding Car System Features: Dual vibration motor excitation, strong vibration force, uniform feeding, no material blockage. Discharge speed: 1) Travel speed: variable frequency speed regulation, speed 0~20m/min, slows down to 12m/min at 4 meters from the furnace body. 2) The feeding car drive mechanism uses a cone motor with brake device (variable frequency motor), operates smoothly, stops stably, accurate positioning, dual motor drive is reliable and durable, ensuring that when one drive set fails, it can still operate with reduced load. 3) Vibration motors are from well-known domestic brands, vibration springs use rubber composite springs; 4) The storage bin and vibrating trough body have a three-layer structure.
