Features of the charging car system:

 

Dual vibration motor excitation, strong vibration force, uniform feeding, no material blockage, discharge speed:
  1) Travel speed: variable frequency speed regulation, speed 0~20m/min, decelerates to 12m/min at 4 meters from the furnace body.
  2) The driving mechanism of the charging car uses a cone motor with a brake device (variable frequency motor), running smoothly, stable parking, accurate positioning, dual motor drive is reliable and durable, ensuring that when one set of drives fails, it can still operate with reduced load.
  3) The vibration motor is a well-known domestic brand, and the vibration springs are rubber composite springs;
  4) The storage bin and vibrating trough body have a three-layer structure, with the middle layer made of soundproof and noise reduction materials. The contact surface with iron material and the trough bottom are riveted with 10mm wear-resistant manganese steel plates; the liner is replaceable 8Mn wear-resistant manganese steel (thickness: 8mm), fixed with countersunk screws for easy replacement;
  5) The storage bin and vibrating trough body have a three-layer structure, with the middle layer made of soundproof and noise reduction materials. The overall frame structure and trough body use a double-layer structure with soundproofing measures (middle layer with sound-absorbing rubber);
  6) The design of the charging port structure must be comprehensively considered with the melting electric furnace, facilitating feeding, preventing material flow from impacting the furnace wall, protecting the furnace body, and also benefiting smoke extraction and dust removal.
  7) The front end is equipped with side protective plates, connected to the dust removal cover, effectively removing dust and preventing molten iron splashes, and has an observation window for convenience;
  8) The discharge port uses manganese plates, which are heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and anti-magnetic, with anti-molten iron splash and auxiliary dust collection baffles. It is detachable and can be equipped with dust filtering and separation devices, and can also be designed in coordination with electric furnace dust removal equipment and furnace cover forms.
  9) Power supply is provided by cable reel;
  10) Signal interlock is realized with the furnace cover flipping mechanism and environmental protection facilities, equipped with an emergency stop device on the vehicle for convenient stopping in emergencies, ensuring safety;
  11) The charging system centralized control cabinet uses Schneider proximity switches as position detection sensors, intelligent charging, with multiple flexible working modes including automatic, semi-automatic, and manual operation.
