Parallel Medium Frequency Power Supply
In furnace systems with power greater than 10,000 kilowatts, we use parallel resonant power supplies. Compared to series resonant power supplies, parallel resonant power supplies offer higher safety in ultra-high power applications. Our unique parallel resonant design ensures that when power exceeds 40%, the rectifier is fully open, achieving the highest power factor and lower harmonic distortion. Series-connected intermediate frequency power supply
Our series resonance design can easily achieve dual and multiple power supply melting systems, with the most common and typical being the dual power supply system. The series resonance dual output power cabinet, together with two furnace bodies, forms a one power supply two furnace melting system. The output power can be arbitrarily and steplessly distributed between the two furnace bodies, allowing simultaneous power supply to both furnaces—one for holding and one for melting—without the need for external switching devices to select the furnace. Our series resonance design ensures continuous and stable operation of the equipment and offers a wide load matching range.
