　　If multiple safety devices are not properly implemented, there is a high risk of dangers such as explosions, posing greater safety hazards compared to an ordinary industrial furnace. So, what safety devices does a medium frequency electric furnace have?
　　High and Low Water Pressure Alarm Device
　　Pressure protection alarm devices are installed on the furnace body and power cabinet. When the water pressure falls below the low-pressure set value or exceeds the high-pressure set value, an alarm will immediately be triggered to remind workers to take appropriate actions and troubleshoot to ensure the cooling water pressure remains within a safe range.

Leakage Furnace Alarm Device

Equipped with a leakage furnace test alarm circuit, indicator lights, leakage current meter, and detection control circuit. During normal operation, it continuously monitors. When any of the following situations occur, the power supply is cut off: ① Metal penetrates the furnace lining to the induction coil; ② Excess moisture inside the furnace lining; ③ Individual electrical components have low resistance to ground. Since the coil is wound integrally with oxygen-free copper tubing, the DC-injection type leakage furnace alarm circuit protects the entire coil, including the effective coil and the water-cooled coil. The DC-type leakage furnace alarm is a non-electronic protection; it can detect leakage furnace faults even when the power cabinet is not running. This provides comprehensive, rapid protection against leakage furnace faults and any grounding faults for the system. The furnace chamber safety control is a crucial core component of electric furnace safety control. If the furnace chamber safety control fails, it may cause the furnace to explode. The furnace chamber safety control system is installed to automatically and effectively manage and control the furnace chamber's wear condition through sensors that comprehensively sense information, and provide corresponding alarm notifications.
